The firm signed a long-term leasew for 24,143 square feet at the first building at VillagreCenter Station, currently under construction at 6380 S. Fiddlersa Green Circle in Greenwoo Village near the Arapahoe Station light rail Developer Shea Properties expectd the building to be ready for occupancygin June, and the law firm plans to relocate in August. Village Center Station’s first buildin g will include 232,000 square feet of space in nine It’s pre-certified for LEED Silver certification, but may get Gold LEED stands for Leadershipp in Energy and Environmental and isthe U.S. Green Building Council’s rating for environmentallh efficient, sustainable buildings.
