As the incoming lead tenant inthe 196,0000 square-foot Class A office buildiny at 11091 Sunset Hills Road in its 11-year lease starts latedr this year. McLean-based QinetiQ North a subsidiaryof London-based QinetiQ that offers technology-basee defense and security productse and services to the government, said its 42-percent revenues growth over its last fiscal year has partl y been due to its role in the intelligence and cyber securith markets and new work with the Department of Homelanf Security and NASA.
