The agenchy works with a statewide network of nearly 200 approved Formedin 1996, MassHousing raises capitall by selling bonds and lends the proceeds to low-and moderate-incomes home buyers and homeowners and to developers who builde or preserve affordable and mixed-income rental housing. MassHousinfg has provided morethan $5.6 billion for rental housing and more than $4.8 billionh for home ownership.
